Its usually much faster delivery to a Business Address or PO Box. If sent to a private address and no one home to receive the item you should receive a card in your letter box to collect at PO. Once sent it takes 3/10 days by standard free parcel post by road or 1 or 2 business days to Eastern Capital Cities and Suburbs by Fast Optional Express Post, country areas and ACT, TAS, NT, WA can be a day or two longer – but stranger faster things do happen!.
If your item doesn’t arrive within the above estimated times check at your local PO or Mail Exchange or contact us. In most cases the item was delayed in the Australia Post mail system by a day or two.

1. PAYPAL Credit Card Processing Gateway: can pay with Visa or Mastercard Credit card via our EZYHD Secure web site checkout process. Once your order has been properly processed by Paypal you will be directed back to EZYHD web site.

2. DIRECT DEPOSIT: Choose the Direct Deposit Bank payment option during the checkout process. A Direct Bank Deposit from your Bank to ours can take up to 5 week days to clear (our Bank) so email us a copy of actual Banking Direct Deposit payment (not just typed numbers) and items will be shipped that business day if payment copy received before by 2.00pm EDT or 3pm EDST.
REFUND OR REPLACE A FAULTY ITEM or INCORRECT ITEM ORDERED:
Can be arranged, simply email us via our contact form, all goods returned are at buyers expense in NEW undamaged condition with all original accessories and box packaging (if supplied). There is a 10% restocking fee for incorrect or non suitable item/s ordered, Paypal costs (if any) and our postage costs to customer if free postage was provided with customers order. Return faulty item and email us an image of Australia. Post satchel showing our details and tracking No. we will send a replacement.

Customers must contact us first for a resolution (not a third party such as Paypal) within 21 days from date of order or within the warranty period if faulty. Proof of delivery applies to those who have Australia Post or DHL delivery with a tracking No.. All customers receive an email to their nominated E address advising goods are sent (with tracking No. if provided). Once goods are posted and tracking No. shows items received at nominated delivery address this proves delivery. EZYHD is not responsible for a refund or charge back should a credit card be used for payment of goods in a fraudulent manner.

Manufacturers Warranty is 5 years on HDMI cables and 12 months on Splitters, Switchers and Electronic Equipment for 1st purchaser only. Item must be returned in new condition with postage paid by purchaser with all original boxed equipment packaging (if originally supplied).
We do not provide any customer warranty on any floor, roof or wall instals, only the cable itself. If incorrect address is supplied or part of, additional postage to correct address is payable.
All items sold by EZYHD are covered by Consumer Guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to return any item that is deemed faulty within a reasonable time frame from the date of the sale.
If an item has a manufacturing defect, we will provide either a repair, replacement or refund. The Purchaser pays for postage.
