Shipping, Payment and Warranty Information
Shipping/Packaging:
If possible use any Business Name & Address or a PO Box is even
better. We
offer same day shipping for all orders received and paid for by 3pm EDT each
business day.
All items are sent fully packed in bubble wrap. We do not ship snail mail, this method has no security and can take forever to reach many destinations, we are about service!.
Keep in mind Australia Post can take a bit longer during special times like such as the Festive Season periods.
We use your Order Shipping Address not your Paypal address.
Note: We ship to Australua & NZ only.
Express Post:
Usually 1 or 2 days to Eastern Capital Cities and Suburbs, except ACT,
Darwin, Perth which are normally a maximum of 2 business days, country
delivery can be 2-4 days (but stranger quicker things have
happened).
DHL Courier:
Usually next day Eastern Capital Cities and Suburbs, except ACT,
Darwin, Perth and country areas which is normally a maximum of 2
business days. (not suiable for country deliveries). DHL Express Courier is highly
recommended for just a few $ more, super fast delivery to most
Cities & Suburbs, has signature security & an online tracking
number is supplied once sent.
Payment Options (2):
1. PAYPAL: can pay with Visa or Mastercard Credit card
via our EZYHD web site checkout process. Once your order has been
properly processed by Paypal you will be directed back to
EZYHD web site. Note: PayPal send us
a copy of the payment seconds from when its paid (so don't send us a copy!). (Paypal eCheque info HERE:)

2. DIRECT DEPOSIT: Choose the Direct Deposit Bank
payment option during the checkout process. An order email containing
our Bank Account details will follow. A Direct Bank Deposit from your
Bank to ours can take up to 3 week days to clear (our Bank), to speed
up the process email us a copy of
actual Banking Direct Deposit payment
(not just typed numbers) and items will be shipped that business day if
copy received before 4pm EDT or 3pm non EDT.
Orders do not ship until payment has cleared.
Warranty:
Manufacturers Warranty is 5 years on cables and 1 year on Splitters,
Switchers and Electronic Equipment. Item is to be returned with postage
paid by purchaser and in undamaged condition and if
supplied, with original boxed packaging.
